  I don't use one because someone else taught me how to increase visibility on my own, yet 95% of my business comes from the web. I spend zero dollars a month currently, other than for my own hosting, and I show up for most searches (for ex, when you google "St. Louis anxiety counseling") I'm on the first page even though my practice is far newer than the others. All of that to say...if you want help in this area, I have a friend that might be able to work within your budget. You could ask and see.
