  Shanahan S. wrote: The reviewer here who gave one star is sure leaving out information. He was told that the drapes would take time but wanted them when he wanted them. Second, he wasn’t a few minutes late, he was over an hour and a half late and believed because she works from home that she needed to open everything up and serve him…while she was making dinner.

  Bryan A. wrote: Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And my drapes that she altered were late to be finished. I went back once more to give her another chance with a sports coat alteration and she did nothing but complain that I was a few minutes late in a driving severe thunderstorm. Interesting that when I'm late it's a problem but not when she was. Very nasty and unprofessional attitude. Will not go back and suggest you do not waste your time.
