  The best place to go is GABA. There are a few in the area, one in the Aeon mall in Hiroshima, one in Itsukaichi, one at Hirshima station north exit. Http://www.gaba-2000.com/shop.html. It's in Japanese, but a translate website might help. They will probably not speak English there, but the Ramen is the best.
