  Edgemont Friends: My parents want to sell their house on Roxbury Rd. this spring. Does anyone still in the area or someone who did this with their parents know of a real estate agent I can recommend they use? There must be agents out there who specialize in helping elderly people through this process. They are also going to need someone to run a big sale and sell all the stuff they don't take with them. Any advice on doing this is welcome!
