  Help pls. Newly refurbished property (3ish years old) new wiring, new plumbing new everything for a 6 bed HMO. Main RCD keeps tripping, I've had 2 electricians go over various times but they haven't been able to find a fault as yet. My handyman messaged all the students telling them of the issue and that we need access urgently, to check their rooms, only one replied, this morning it tripped again, they're on the phone, as expected . Agent imo, is far too soft / doesn't know his stuff, he tells me we can't get access without notice, would you classify this as an emergency for access. I have contemplated leaving them without Internet as that's the only time students appear to take interest. I have to pay my internet guy to fix the Internet as the trip in electrics causes the router to loose its settings which means the internet doesn't work. Incidentally, it's the bathroom RCD that's tripping, but electrician says he can't find a fault there either. Property has a PAT test annually, would a pat test on all the student electric possessions be a good idea to check if that's somehow related. Open to other ideas too. Can anyone recommend an electrician who can fault find in West Midlands, Coventry pls!
