  This is not for myself: I need the name of a good trainer for a 3 year old East GSD who lives with a woman in West Hills Portland OR.. He is very reactive to other dogs and some people while on walks etc. She has him on a pinch collar but not sure she knows how to correctly use it. She has spoken to trainers in her area but most seem to be fluffy pet trainers. This dog has had training but she is older and thinking she cannot control the dog. This is my dog Bart's full brother so I know how they can be and how easy I could correct him but I am on the other side of the country. Really need to find someone for her.
