  Hi guys. Can anyone advise Carol A - "Our return flight SA 285 on 11 February 2015 from Mumbai to Johannesburg was cancelled without any explanation. We now have to find accommodation in Mumbai for a night as we are now booked on a flight on the 12th. The travel agent says that SAA does not compensate. Surely they have some obligation? Who does one take this up with?" Thanks.
