  Hopefully someone can help as I'm a little clueless and unsure, we are in a council property but the shower has gone, they will not fix it, and we want it fixed, so who do I need to call? Do I need to call a plumber or electrician? It's defo an electrical fault but have been given mixed messages from council as to who to ring, also, could anyone recommend anyone local to ring?
