  Quick question, I'm looking for a carpet company/ contractor for a house. I met with Empire Carpets today and the lady kept asking me for my budget and I didn't respond. She quoted me $9400 and I said no thank you as I don't like to haggle. On her way out she quoted me $3611, I just said, have a nice day. "rant of the day;)" Any recommendations?
