  Anna J. wrote: Just had to have all our toilet fittings re worked after Tony badly fitted everything into our 4 1/2 year old barn conversion when it was new. The plumber we called said that his work had been leaking for years and that he had fitted joints together that should never be put together. He had grinded off half the toilet to put a pipe in from the side when it was supposed to be joined from the back. To top it off when we contacted him he was too busy to attend our house. But instead he delighted us by calling and ranting and raving at us. And to quote him He said “it don’t last forever do it?”. We asked him to cover our costs and he declined.
