  ISO: Agent that can work with an investment company in the area. We have partners ready to go. The worse shape the property is in the better. Burns, uninhabitable, pre-forclosure, foreclosed, REO etc...is fine. May be able to help your clients out and save some credit issues down the road. You guys know the drill.
