  I am in need of any doctor that has seen an SMA patient. I am in Maryland. I am being told I Need surgery, but I don't want to. I'm down to 85 lbs and I know I need to do something. I had CT and MRA both showing the narrow angle and both my intestine and Left renal vein is compressed. I would like to consult with someone who knows what they are talking about, even if its just a phone consult with my PCP. If you have a good doctor please share their name with me.
