  Tried to get Dennis Lee Chimney Sweep out to my house today...we set it up for 1 pm.....never showed, didn't call. Finally got through to him a couple of minutes ago....Says that he go hung up on another job......I would not recommend this company. Any other ideas?

  We used Richard Smith out of Placerville because he was recommended by Sierra Home Alternatives where we purchased our wood stove. He is very professional, efficient and we have used him for 10 years 530-306-2438. But if MIchael Etheridge does this I think he would be outstanding too. Very knowledgeable and professional.
