We have over 15 years of experience working with people who have chronic impairments such as MS, effects of stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury, Dementia, Joint Replacement Surgeries, Osteoporosis, age related changes.
Using Holistic principals, the To Life! Fitness team combines Tai Chi, balance techniques, massage, and therapeutic exercises to help everyone maintain or gain strength and function and to decrease pain.
