  I needed some roof work done, I had a tree fall on my house and put a hole in my metal roof and I had a leak. I also need my Fascia and soffit replaced, I found a company that could do both. They fixed the roof and I paid them. Then they quoted the fascia and soffit. I accepted the quote and they started the work on day 3 I was told they were almost done and they said they would be back in the morning to finish. I wrote a check for almost the rest of the balance and they left. I went to check on the work and notice somethings that did not look right. I called the guy and expressed my concern and was told he wasn't done and that once he was done I would be happy. Well I wasn't satisfied with that answer and contacted the boss man. I forwarded some pictures that expressed my concern and the owner promised he would be by that day. He never showed up. I have been messaging him for 7 days with no answer. With the rain today I went to check on the leak and my roof is leaking. I'm not happy. So I message the man that fixed the roof and told him it was leaking. He said yea cause im not finshed and I went behind his back so its my fault. The think is I paid for the leak to be fixed and was told it was fixed and it still need one more thing done. Why was that not done? I already paid you. Worst part I found this company on a TOP 15 of Forsyth list. See pictures in comments of my concerns. Any suggestions of what I can do to get this worked out? Looks like I will need someone to come out and tell me how much it will cost to fix this mess.
