  Anyone have electrician recommendations.. Live in Dale need work on our breaker box.. One breaker keeps flipping and will spark . Took it out to be safe but now no hot water .. Breaker bar is definitely burnt out at the one site .. Rest are fine. Replaced heating element in hot water heater .. Not the issue .. .. Several outlets in one room not working.. Must be licensed and insured . If affordable may also have some lighting fixture changed out . Thank you!!
