  GENERAL CONTRACTOR NEEDED. We have a large COMPLETE REHAB job in the southern part of Baltimore, just inside the beltway. It's a very old two story home (about 1700 square feet) and needs a new roof, new kitchen (granite, etc.), new bathrooms, new paint, carpentry, windows, etc. I'm sure it will also need some plumbing and electrical work as well. We need someone who can give us a REASONABLE bid on the job right way and get started right away. We really need someone who already has contacts in that area and can have this job completed in 4-5 weeks if at all possible. Other projects could follow. If you know of someone, please send me a message. Must be able to do a good job, be great at the finishing touches and provide references. Investor pays fast and timely. Need a GC that can handle the entire project. Thanks!
