  Anybody have any good tattoo recommendations? Hoping to get a tattoo in the next few weeks but I don't know anyone personally who's been to a tattoo place here in philly, does anyone have any good recommendations and can point me in the right direction? I heard of some good ones near south street and a few near penns landing but I wanted to hear from someone who have gotten good tattoos from a shop here. I have darker skin so preferably a tattoo place that has experience with bright colors on darker skin. Anything helps! Thank you
