  SELECT HEALTH ADVANTAGE subscribers.......we need your help! Short story: The Medicare Replacement plan from Blue Cross has pulled out of Washington County & left a void. Insurance salesman are filling that void with Select Health Advantage. The problem is there are zero Chiropractors on the provider list in Hurricane. There is one in Washington and one in St. George. That's it. Please help us show Select Health that the Hurricane Valley deserves it's own Chiropractor. Call 435-251-2107 and ask to have Dr. Joshua Carr added to the provider list.

  Select Health is a HMO. They are not allowing anyone outside their closed network to be a part of their team. I sell health insurance and would never advise anyone to use select health advantage!! They are a very tight knit group that once IHC to be th e only provider in the state of Utah! If you know anyone that had Blue Cross previously and haven't switched to contact me! They can have A med advantage or a med supplement! Other agents will not try to sell a supplement because they don't make as much money. I'm not like them and that's why I don't sell IHC.
