  We are about to put our house for sale in Mt. Juliet, very close to the lake and Lakeview Elementary. A great neighborhood for children. I did a search in the MLS for lease purchase in Wilson County and came up with 7 properties in Wilson County that showed a lease purchase option or owner financing. The most land was 5 acres.
