  MNSNAP is wonderful! They do discount spay/neuters and vaccinations/microchipping. I've used them before and they're wonderful and extremely affordable if you meet their guidelines. They have a calendar of dates on their website of when they do specific procedures. http://mnsnap.org/

  Here is where we got our cat spayed. There is income requirements though. Not sure what they are at the time. It was Emily's cat that she brought home so we used her income, so it worked for us and they actually didn't even look at her tax return when I brought the cat in. It was cheap. We need our dog spayed but the quotes have been $400+ and we just cannot afford that, nor do we qualify for the mobile spay unit. If anyone has some suggestions I would really appreciate it.   MNSNAP it's Minnesota spay neuter assistance program and they are a mobile clinic. They go from town to town. You can call and see when they are coming nearest to you. I had my male pit bull at the time to them and had his rabies shots and annual shots and him neutered for $60. Give them a call , we were pleased! 612-720-8236
