I had an unscrupulous Groupon company make claims that I needed hundreds of dollars of additional services. The Gilbert's came over next day and inspected. It was them telling me that I did NOT need any services that impressed me! Highly recommended! I know others here have used them as well.

  I want to take a moment to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to a an awesome group of people. As many of you know, my family owns rental properties, which I manage. Having been doing this for 10 years personally, and my family as a whole owning rentals for 30+ years, I have recently dealt with several situations that we have never come across before. In so doing, most recently, I was able to get an interior of a home mostly gutted and rebuilt within 1 week for a renter to move-in (I already had it rented before we found major issues). It has been an incredibly stressful week, as you can imagine. Saying the word "I" isn't the truth though. I wouldn't have been able to do it without my amazing crew! With that being said, I want to thank my HJL Management crew, Dennis and Cindy. Also, Scott Ford (licensed general contractor) and his assistant Marcel are amazing and have done several remodels for me and as well as get me out of several sticky situations. Cann-Do Painting (Abbey Everhart Cannon) has done a great job for me on several houses, including this most recent one. They are great and affordable. Also, Jim Gilbert, with the Clean Air Company, was amazingly fast in replacing all my ducts in this property. I called him and he was there 2 days later to do a full replacement. My AC tech also had to do some work and inspected the new ducts and said that it was a job well-done. My electrician, John Pezzi, has done amazing work for me as well. I felt that I had to give credit where credit is due. So, if anyone is looking for a contractor or a painter, or having their ducts cleaned or replaced, or an electrician, give these awesome people a call.
