  Michael ruthem 480 720 8310, he used to work at virtuous and is now opening his own shop. He's been doing a full sleeve on me, did a portrait of me on my hubby, and has done a bunch of my neighbors. He's AMAZING and offering awesome deals you can't get anywhere right now. I have a half sleeve on one arm, my whole leg done, back, ankle, foot, and working on a full sleeve. Trust me, I know tattoos and he's your man!!!
