  Thanks Dinah Cropley. Ava Gladwin please have it tested for asbestos before you or anyone else does anything. Even if it's newer popcorn, some contractors still had stock of the bad stuff and used it after the 70's. It was also in the mud itself (joint compound). Be careful and good luck! I am way too busy.   This is the BIGGEST Hell Yeah moment for us! Our painter Jen is the best painter I have met yet in PG! We had some insurance fixes done to the front addition of our home over this summer and fall. We went through tapers (mudders who didn't quite finish the job as cleanly as they should have and left a ton of holes behind). Jen came in and saw the unfinished work, she not only finished THEIR job for them, painted what needed to be painted through the insurance claim, but also took the time for a very low price, to fill, sand, paint our hallway, bathroom area, and 2 other big walls and entrances. My husband is picky and noticed some areas that were missed (by the tapers) and she jumped right in and came back yet again to take care of that for us....@ NO CHARGE! She wasn't even going to take the extra money for the extra walls we asked her to do....but we wouldn't let her leave without it! OMG...this lady is determined, and a true professional all around. Thank you Jen for making our home look beautiful and taking the time to not only help us by filling all those extra holes, priming and painting all the extra walls but also for taking care of the extra unfinished work left behind by the other contractors. YOU may be just a small business but the job you did for us goes way above and beyond what even a big business would do. You and Jared did an amazing job and this HELL YEAH GOES OUT TO YOU! I highly recommend her for any painting project in PG! Jen - I hope you see this, you rock!
