  PhysioActive, they are in Ipswich, I go to a guy call Ben French. He is helping me with my shoulders. He was just recently overseas with the Rugby League as head physio for the USA team. He comes highly recommended. I'm with bupa so it only costs me $ 20 per visit. PM me if you want more info, happy to help
