My 4-day concrete porch project turned into 4 plus months due to lack of communication, of organization and endless delays on part of contractor. After project started, I found him argumentative and un-attentive to what I was wanting for my project. When finally completed, porch was not what was agreed to. Given opportunity to re-do the porch, there were even more delays that ended up being yet another month long delay. How many months are necessary to do a 4-day porch project! There was also property damage he would not address when brought to his attention. And finally I was to learn his professional scope of business did not include cement porch work that was my project.
