  Kim at Happy Nails on C Street (across from Jarrols ) is my favorite manicurist in Town. She branched out from Q-nails. The new place is very clean and quiet/ relaxing. The reason I like Kim is I find her cuticle and nail work is very good. I get natural mani's and pedi's but my nails are very short and not as nice as I wish but she takes extra time and always makes them look awesome! Nothing like nice nails to make a gal feel put together. I highly recommend checking out her new shop. They do acrylics as well.
