(I'm shutting off the comments now!)***** Can anyone recommend a good pet sitter? My birthday is coming up next week and my husband wants to take me overnight somewhere on Wednesday and Thursday. We have three 1 year old pit bulls (two are American Staffordshire Terrier mixes [one is half Miniature Chihuahua] and the other is a Blue Nose American Pit Bull Terrier mix). They are all vetted and are spoiled rotten. I would insist on meeting any perspective sitters on Monday and Tuesday to introduce you to them and to determine if it will work. These three are like my children and only the best person will do.

  Hi, I am looking for a dog sitter. Sept 13-17 possibly 18th. I have checked with boarding them and have found its over $300 some even $400. Ive checked with rover.com and the prices were great but everything has fallen through so far. I have 2 fairly large dogs (almost 11 months old) both with opposite temperaments. One loves people but not as friendly with other dogs. The other is very shy towards people but is fine with other animals. Both females and not yet spayed. Looking for someone to keep them with plenty of space and probably a fenced in yard. I am open to someone coming here as well if that works better. Thank you
