  Look into www.Janeapp.com. It's basically mindbody with a nice customizable soap ability. You'll have to look at the videos to see if the way they implemented the body diagram works for you. Here's a link to the videos https://janeapp.com/guide//videos-training-overviews. I don't use the body chart myself and prefer some custom checkboxes and long paragraph forms I made.
