  And to Miss Jennifer Dawson, I'm very sorry that you didn't have a good experience with us. With insurance, it all depends on what our contracted rate with your insurance is and if he was a new patient, that contracted rate is a little moreusually but you usually have the option to be selfpay and not use your insurance if you chose to because it is the cheaper option sometimes, especially with some of our higher rate contracted plans. If you don't feel that we charged you the right amount, please call our billing office at 903-831-7270 tomotow and they will look into it and make sure everything is correct and help you in any way possible.
