  Can anyone recommend a valuer in the Leeds area ? We want to be able to take properties to the valuer and for him to quickly provide us a verbal valuation after a short desk evaluation of the property (using this extensive knowledege of the area). We will be wanting a written valuation for all of the properties that we then go on to source, so this initial desk review will lead to further business for the valuer.
