Hi all, I had a quick search in the previous texts but nothing obvious so here goes... Has anyone had experience of successfully suing a firm of valuers for overvaluing properties that they subsequently purchased (particularly via a property club or similar scheme) which turned out not to be really worth the stated figures, and has anyone managed to do so recently with retrospective valuations going back to say 2007/2008? Is there any precedents around this area, particularly in regard to potential fraudulent behaviour in those heady days... I hope this question makes sense - please let me know if you need clarification. Thanks!
