  NOT Rancourt Roofing - They did half my roof two years ago (it is split into two totally separate levels) and were AMAZING. But in the fall something must have changed in their management because I tried to get them to do the second half of my roof in the fall when it developed a leak, over an 8 week period they repeatedly said that they were going to do it, that it was going to be scheduled "next week"... and then eventually said that the price had to go up (a lot) because my roof was now covered in snow. Gee... it wasn't a problem when I contacted them in September!!! When I finally told them I was going to go with another company they simply didn't care. So again, I would say that they used to be amazing, but something has changed and I would stay away from them now.

  We got quotes from Godfrey Roofing. They didn't even bother to go up on the roof to inspect/give proper quote or even measure. Every interaction with them felt like they gave zero fucks. We ended up using Rancourt Roofing. They were decently priced, insured, got the job done quick, actually went up onto the roof, and fixed any issues. Was also able to deal with them pretty much exclusively through email which was a plus. Roof was done in the fall, doesn't seem to be leaking during the spring thaw so that's good. Can't remember the names of other places we got quotes from.
