  Sue, many years ago I contacted the people at http://www.midlandspubs.co.uk and they were very helpful. I looked at their site this morning and they have a forum based on each county. You could try leaving a message on the Worcestershire or Warwickshire page (not too sure which one it would fall under). You could also try one of the Trade Directories like Kelly's or similar - I think they're online now. The only other thing is to look at the census returns for the pub (address). The 1881 census is free to look at. Hope this helps.
