We had the owner Bud Bradford to our home for an estimate on a deck. (By the way, we did subsequently receive several other less expensive estimates.) We needed to share our experience to warn other consumers. Upon finishing our quote, we saw him to the door. About 5-10 minutes later Bud was knocking at our door again. He wanted to "warn" us that he slipped and fell on ice. (Note: it had been actively snowing in the recent days and our walk was cleared and salted). He claimed to have hurt his ankle but said he was "okay" and he did not want us to call an ambulance or anything. Today we received a notification from a lawyer that he is suing us. We wish we would have known that this is the kind of man that he is because obviously we would not have welcomed him into our home for an estimate. We felt obliged to warn others.
