  From what I know about profiles for large format printing, they are all dependent on what material you are printing on. Start googling for printer profiles for your media. I will tell you that the only real large format printing expert who I met in the last few years is Dave Ahouse of Alpha Imaging (Boston area). 877-459-2050. Call them up and see if they can recommend a guru.
