  Hi Kevin Cattie You are welcome to call Jeff Leath or Mike Seekings at any time. Quick update - I believe the judge will step down by the end of the month. Settlement discussions continue and hopefully with McDonald out of the way we'll see some progress. It is a real shame that the wheels of justice move so slow. McDonald doesn't understand that folks here are suffering due to her inaction. What happened to the right to a speedy trial? http://www.leathbouchlaw.com/con_contact.html
