I will join in this wonderful Friday posting.
Fellow people, I have come to the realisation that if I want decent bread, I'm going to have to bake it (cue: Amanda)
Now I can either get a breadmaker, or actually do what I can and knead my own dough. I dislike white bread, and have been buying all these rye bread I can find, and finding a good whole wheat is hard.
Can anyone point me to a direction (apart from online shopping, but please post those too), where can I buy flour for baking?
In general, to bake bread, I should need:
Flour
Yeast
Water (plenty of it in the mountains)
Salt (also plenty because I bought a 1 kg bag)
Sugar (also plenty because I bought a 1kg bag as well)
Oil (I think I have some, I mean I cook)
So yea, the main important ingredient is FLOUR, you can buy white anywhere, but no where can I find proper flour.
