  I have a question about a very serious problem we need to address. We need to find a contractor who can put jacks in our basement and raise our house. We also have some support beams that need to be reinforced because, well, we had a contractor do some stuff, the house fell, and some of our beams split. We have inquired from several people and they never got back to us. I'm not sure WHY getting a contractor is sooooooooooooo difficult, unless the good ones are just booked to the max.
