Lynne E. asked:I am in my middle 70's and my husband and I need to find a lawyer that specializes in issues related to our aging. We need our wills updated, to see options about prepaid funerals, already have living wills, what do about our house (should it be in my older daughter's name). l would like someone who is responsibly priced. We both are in good health but I do not want my daughters to have to go through what I had to with my parents . Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
