We never had to ask them to do anything, because they were on top of it before we mentioned it. Hard working, not time wasters at all, very efficient, and then left without lingering. Anyone who knows Yonah, knows that he's the same as a plumber as he is as a football player: the best there is at the skill, but too modest to brag - he lets his work speak for itself. BTW, while we've only had occasion to use them for standard plumbing things, they also do renovations, including very big jobs.Thank you for your feedback.
