  Neighbors, I am in need of some recommendations on rental units for my 65yr old mother. My mother will be retiring and relocating to St Paul in the near future. She is a non-smoker with no pets. We are trying to help her find an apartment to rent that is clean, safe, and not full of college students. Ideally she is hoping for a 2 bdrm but is open to 1.   Chateau Montreal in Highland - address is 1061 Montreal Ave - it's a quiet building with mostly young couples and older people http://www.krcapartments.com
