  Hello Chorlton am after some help. Have had a homebuyers survey done and it's come back with the following reports needed: damp and timber, central heating, arboricultural, electrical. If anyone can help in a) telling me whether this sounds normal or whether it's sounds like we have an issue and b) advising me of anyone who can do these reports I would be really grateful - thanks on advance
