  Can anyone recommend a tree surgeon to take down a tree in my neighbours garden. It's a 10 inch diameter trunk silver birch, taller than my house and too close for comfort. I've been quoted £200 to chop it down to ground level and poison the stump - does this seem reasonable? Thanks in advance for any help on this. Cheers
