  urgent help needed my sister is on rosemary court some lovely people came over to help her get rid of the carpet etc the other day but she is alone with a 15 year old and insurance help needed as someone has come round and said all the furniture is ok and no claim needed but I just found this out I am in manchester stuck with a five year old who has chicken pox so trying to help her over the phone SHE URGENTLY NEEDS INSURANCE ADVICE before the claim is settled from them coming over the other day she is panicing
