  Laura L. wrote: I purchased a puppy obedience class as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately the owner of Falkenhoff must be better at dog training than in taking care of people clients. My mother is older and had a medical condition flare up which is very dangerous to her. If she doesn't take care of it then she ends up in the ER due to a fast moving infection that can go into sepsis if not treated. When she contacted the owner of Falkenhoff to request delaying to a later puppy class, the owner was inflexible and said Mom was forfeiting her fees for the class. I knew that the fees are non-refundable and I was ok with that. But it seems to not be a good business practice to have a policy of inflexibility if a person has a circumstance beyond their control and no to allow them to delay to a later class. Beware! If you have a medical condition or a death in your family, this owner will keep your fees with no further recourse!
