  Hi Breagh Palech it could be anywhere from 30 - 50 possibly more ppl. It's for a retirement party this summer and I'm helping my mother inlaw with planning it but I have no idea about any of the halls around here or where they are. As it stands I believe we will be doing our own food and bar but that could change. Any suggestions would be greatful. Thanks.

  Esplanade Studio Theatre or the Terrace, Carriage House at the MedHat Stampede (you also get the park behind the building), Masonic Hall (out by the airport), Union Hall (by Rodeo Ford) and Holiday Inn Express all let you bring your own food and drinks... You will need a liquor license (about $30)...Go see them at The Royal Liquor Store and they'll give you awesome deals...I can recommend some other places if you're interested in having the banquet facility do the catering and bar.
