  Utopia Tattoo 530 823 8288 open 11 am to 7:30 pm today :) I am taking my 7 year old next month to get her ears pierced at Utopia. I know Utopia is clean and safe. I have gotten tattooed there and would not go anywhere else. Happy Birthday to your daughter :)
