My fiancé and I both work at the same club, and planned a family trip for our sons birthday. We requested the time 4 months in advance, made sure no one else would be gone and we’re told yes that’s time is fine by our manager. All but 3 days of the time we had verbally approved got denied. We bought plane tickets, have a rental car and hotel already paid for, because we were told the time was fine to go.

  Ethics is 1-800-925-6278. But know they will ask if you've spoken to your club manager. Also have you spoken to your manager? If they said yeah it's fine and now it's not ask why. Bring up they okayed it and you bought plane tickets because they said it would be approved. If that does not work speak with your Club manager.

  Good Morning, I was curious if anyone is a lawyer or knows of a good lawyer I can call after a brand new microwave burst into flames in my kitchen... The company is of course hardly being of help. It caused damage to the top of my counter top and melted the circuit board, melted the latch shut. Had to grab it and toss it outside then spray it for 2 hours because it kept smouldering. Was bought from Walmart and I am done playing games. If anyone can point me in the right direction It would be greatly appreciated. If I had not noticed, 10 seconds longer, I probably would not have a home.

  Third time I've tried to get my oil changed at Walmart in Monticello. They always have some reason they can't do it. If they don't want to change oil they need to take the sign down.

  I did! And walmart home office in Bentonville is interested in hearing from anyone who has been denied an oil change because of a so called oil leak. Has been found out that they say that to get out of work. 1-800-925-6278. They are still investigating this but we got a gift card because it was found by the store manager that we do not have a oil leak but they just didn't want to do the work.
