  Does anyone know a chef who would be interested in a fun gig in January at a new luxury apartment building in the University District? Actually 3 buildings with some amazing amenities. The marketing group wants to use the event to show off the kitchen and lounge area. I asked her a few questions about what they are looking for and here is what she said: "We have an incredible amenity space with a full demonstration kitchen. We would like to plan a resident event at the end of January -- a “Chef Night” featuring an up & coming or already-known chef who will prepare their specialty dishes (or something of that nature.) The space is free and we will cover the cost of food and host. I have no idea what this cost looks like so it will depend on that but we do have a nice budget for the event." Might be a good way to promote a neighborhood restaurant or cafe? Any ideas?

  Good morning! We just launched our catering company Palpable Palate and we'd love to be considered. We could do something fun like a cooking demo, butcher class or keep it simple but tasty with passed appetizers. Thank you! palpablepalate.com
